Stirivox respects your right to privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in connection with it, in accordance with GDPR and applicable Romanian law.

2. Data Collected
Stirivox does not require account creation and does not directly collect personal data from visitors. Technical data (IP address, browser type, pages accessed) may be automatically collected through server logs, exclusively for security and technical diagnostic purposes.
3. TikTok Integration
Stirivox uses the TikTok Content Posting API to automatically publish video content to the official Stirivox TikTok account. This integration operates exclusively with the Stirivox account and does not collect, store, or process personal data of TikTok users. OAuth access is used solely to authorize posting content to our own account. Authorization data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality (e.g. theme preference). We do not use tracking or behavioral advertising cookies without your consent. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.
5. Purpose of Processing
Technical data is used exclusively for site security and stability, technical diagnostics, and aggregated traffic statistics (without personal identification).
6. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Hosting providers may access technical data solely under GDPR-compliant contracts.
7. Data Retention
Server logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)

9. Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect data: HTTPS connections, restricted server access, and encryption where applicable.
